Materials: Blue/light blue cotton blend, craft foam, plastic (hat), polystyrene (wig).
This costume was originally meant for a group at Minami 2009 but sadly I got sick and couldn't go! However I love Officer Jenny, I always preferred her a little to Nurse Joy because she was bossy, strong and kickass (what can I say, I love my strong ladies). The wig was an unusual undertaking and I ended up using a polystyrene base for the odd pointy style she has, which I then painted and slowly glued the wig fibres too, it worked well and ended up being nice and light. The rest of the costume was pretty simple; although I had to draft the pattern for her shirt a couple of times as it's not an atypical button up shirt.
