Materials: 3 metres of ribbon, buttons, lace trim, a few metres of bridal satin for the petticoat and arm pieces,
white hairband &
thick cotton fabric for the headdband, lace.
This was the first costume I ever worked on! Ahh, we all have to start somewhere right? I was still somewhat getting to grips with sewing having only GCSE textiles to help me beforehand, looking back it's a surprise to me it came out so well. When I decided to go to my first con I was convinced I wanted to do three costumes, all CLAMP, two Chii's and Sakura. I adore Chii and I hope to eventually get around to doing as many of the artbook outfits as I can, they're all so beautiful and stunning.
